Had the Benchrest range to myself this morning for a few minutes then only 2 other guys. Light wind, cool and no dust. 200 yard dope logged and a pretty respectable group. 300 yard dope took me a few rounds to get dialed in as the wind picked up and started changing up a tad. Group was good enough to bang 3" steel 6 for 6. I'll need to confirm at further distance, but I'm worried about this group opening up so much. I'm on the low side of the load. Using N135, I can only get so much speed with the 77 grain OTM's. If I have issues at 400, I'll see if I can't find some N140. I did some load development with the Hornady 62 grain FMJBT for my Ruger 556 carbine using N135. Didn't measure groups at 50, but had a good 5 shot load with 2690 FPS and SD of 6.76. I'm stoked with those #'s
