Great story! I've always admired the Gurkha's. I remember reading stories about them in SOF way back growing up.

It's my opinion that Gurhkas are not human, but originate from an alien race that flew here in a wicker basket covered in cellophane. Ordinary humans simply don't have this much intestinal fortitude.

My Uncle served near Gurka Units in Korea (during the police action). He would second Glocktogo's ascessment. Shorty told us that the Turks were fearless too.

I've always had issues with my SA80 too. You just can't depend on the darn things.

Notice how he was smiling and kinda laughing about having to kill them. If one of our troops did that, they'd want to lock him up in the nut house!! Yeah we had several Gurhka's on our security teams in Iraq, shoot first ask questions later!!!

There was another article about a Gurhka soldier that fought off a train full of guys when they started attacking a lady.
