Any suggestions on a barrel wrap to cover my stainless barrel to take it out deer hunting? Stock is green and black but the barrel will be pretty obvious. Not looking for something permanent.

Both of my favorite deer rifles are a dull stainless. I've never covered them. Don't feel a need to.
The reflective hi gloss wood stock of my .270 has more of an effect I think.
I gave it to my son to walk out a 1/4 section of tree row while I sat in the truck and glassed him years ago, and I saw that stock all the way around it, shining like a silver dollar.

This is what I'm working with. Am I over thinking it?

Looks similar to my Browning Stainless Stalker with a matte black plastic stock.
Never had an issue with using it elk hunting alerting any animals.
I'd shoot it as is.

I wrapped a stainless savage up once with vinyl camo tape to take the shine off of it. Tape changed the barrel harmonics and POI drastically, make sure you go shooting after wrapping just to make sure..
