The under sink tap has been standard for a good long time. The hose that runs from that to the faucets can be different, but they're readily available at Homo Depot. And new sinks come with adapters alot of times too if they're not standard. What was the problem? I just replaced six sinks last year in a house built in the 90s with zero headaches. Another before that built in the 80s again with no problems.
