One my hobbies is BBQ, I cook on either a 22in weber performer or a 18in weber smoky mountain.

Here are some ribs from several cooks...I now cook St Louis style ribs more than baby backs, I like them better...

Pulled pork, bine in pork butt, my all time favorite to cook, average cook time is 10 hours on a wsm and a hour to rest...

Did these yesterday for the game. Country style pork burnt ends. This pic was taken just as they went into the pan and back in the big green egg. They went another 2 full hours at 275 after this pic was taken. First time for this dish and I prefer it to pulled pork as it's much faster and I can trim the fat better before it goes in. I much prefer pulled beef and buy chuck roasts at Sams in the family packs, but when country style ribs are on sale you can get a bunch of good BBQ for very little $$$.
