Should be delicious, but still no clue on the amount. Just allow for shrinkage when it's fried, which will vary depending on fat content. Really lean ground meat probably won't shrink much. But you probably know all that. :D

I know all about shrinkage. Went to get the paper in my robe this morning.

Not seeing any horseradish in that bowl......

While eating last night, that came to mind.. So I went to the fridge and grabbed the horseradish sauce and gave it a try.. I put it on a few spoonfulls and it's ok but the beans weren't lacking for flavor.. Absolutly no steak sauces go on my steaks either..
