Beans and cornbread.

Should be delicious, but still no clue on the amount. Just allow for shrinkage when it's fried, which will vary depending on fat content. Really lean ground meat probably won't shrink much. But you probably know all that.

If/when ya try it, let us know how it goes.

I know all about shrinkage. Went to get the paper in my robe this morning.

Well I got called out last night for eating my gumbo without taking photos. I wasn't getting taking to the woodshed 2 nights in a row.

Last night we had homemade tater soup with bacon on the side to crumble into plus fried okra.. Like ya'll we LOVE our real butter and let's not forget the bacon.. Put bacon grease in your refried beans and talk about good..

While eating last night, that came to mind.. So I went to the fridge and grabbed the horseradish sauce and gave it a try.. I put it on a few spoonfulls and it's ok but the beans weren't lacking for flavor.. Absolutly no steak sauces go on my steaks either..

We bought one last year. Pretty handy kitchen tool. Doesn't take long to make a tough roast fork tender.
