Well for some reason I have been thinking about SBR a Colt AR that I have. Since the receiver is marked M4 and not LEO and gov't I was thinking it would be cool to have a 14.5" Colt upper and a 10.3 CQB Colt upper done up. Money would be an issue as no way I could afford all or one upper at once. So here comes the questions. 1. Once I do the paperwork, submit it, and it is approved do I have to immediately pop the SBR upper on it or can I continue using the 16" upper? Chances are I will have a SBR upper by the time it is approved but want to make sure first. 2. Can I use more than one length upper on the lower even though the form has a length specified? 3. If I go a trust route, would there be any problems since I have a Class III Uzi and suppressor through the CLEO and fingerprint route? 4. Is having a SBR AR that fun? Thanks
