How long will it keep? Weeks? Months? Years?

Does it get better? Worse? Or stay approximately the same?

    Just curious. Thanks.

I never had any last more than a few hours but seriously it should have a date on the bottom anything over 60 days will be skunky but that’s just what I have been told

depends on kind. Most IPAs are best enjoyed young. Russian Imperial Stouts are meant to age. (i've got one that is going on 10 years in the bottle. Should be good soon)

    This is Heineken in bottles.

I also like Sam Adams Pale Ale, but it's scarce as hen's teeth around here, even at the liquor stores. I finally stopped asking for it. :/

Exactly. I don't get caught up too much on how fresh my beer is. As long as it tastes good. I usually drink IPAs but I can't personally tell a difference in a super fresh beer vs ones a few months old .

    Lol, good point.

Thing is, I have two different areas to keep beer in the fridge. One is a bottom drawer, which is heavy to pull open when full, and harder to reach for a fat guy.

The other is a basket on a middle shelf. Just reach in and get one.

The question came about because I was wondering how diligent I should be about rotating between the two...
