A rule not a law, the atf can not make laws.
And if it’s a rule instead of a law, how can we be breaking the law by having a brace??

That’s true but we all know the ATF makes laws even though they don’t have the authority to do it. They are rarely held accountable for what they do. People are now felons because of this “rule”. This will be a long and drawn out court process and in the meantime, people will still be considered felons.

That’s how the sheriffs around Oklahoma are seeing it also, the ATF is over stepping, and a rule is different than a law passed by congress.

That’s why I say the sheriffs and the deputies will happily violate our rights as long as congress passed the “law”. Even if it grossly violates the constitution.
