Y’all’s got a different definition of brunch than I do, it sounds like. Brunch can only be on Saturday or Sunday, typically Sunday. Will be between 10a-1p, will offer breakfast type foods and must be offered with an easy breakfast alcohol like mamosas or Bloody Mary’s.

But you can eat breakfast food any time of the day, and I frequently do, but it doesn’t make it “brunch”. 🤠

The Gilcrease Museum used to offer brunch and it was fantastic. It’s been years so I don’t know what’s going on there. Web site shows the museum is under construction

I'll second Eagle Eye's recommendation for the Gilcrease...they served a good brunch (by your standards above, or anyone else's) back when I was in school there.

Where they bust the sod in South Tulsa County.
Here's my Yelp review of Dilly's Diner...
They should name this place "Can we get?"
We were seated with no menus; "can we get menus?" Coffee served and no tools or napkins; "can we get tools?" Then no spoons; "can I get a spoon?"... "can we get cream for the coffee?" "Can we get butter...can we get jam?" Yikes!
The prosciutto was tough probably because they sliced it too thick.
The white gravy was flat and funky tasting.
Ordered a cinnamon roll but it never arrived .
Other than a counter at the bar this place is a far cry from a real diner.
Go elsewhere for a diner experience .

Dilly used to be my go to, Unfortunately the service is just horrible.
