Several years ago, I was driving in downtown Dallas not far from the Westend area. Stopped at a signal light and had a car in front of me. A group of young adults were taking their time crossing the street, basically being a bunch of punks. The light turned green and they were still in the middle of the street. The car in front of me honked and they proceeded to sit on his hood daring them to move. I never saw them with any weapons, but I was thinking now would be a good time for pepper spray and move out of the area.
