best twist rate for .40S&W

Nowlin offers a Match Target barrel in a 1 in 14 twist.

Brand aside, which is the better twist rate for .40?

I would think that it would depend on what bullet weight you're shooting...

I wouldn't think it would matter.

There is a really good write up I read a little while back... let me see if I can find it... it's lengthy, but well worth it.

Slower is better for typical 40 bullets, but 14 vs 16 is negligible.
