Global cooling and an ice age were what the alarmists were shouting about all through the 1970s.

One of the reasons for the birth of the EPA, to fight the onset of global cooling. We were all going to die because the crops would all fail.

I remember it, don't you ?

I didnt mind this past winter first time in my life that i didnt have to get out in it and work or do anything just sat in the house and watched it thru a window with no power outage of any kind.

Keep this in mind……600,000 years ago Jackson Hole Wyoming was under a thousand feet of snow and ice. Oklahoma, Utah, and Idaho were under 200’ or so of water at one period.
Global warming/cooling has been occurring since then.
who in the hell thinks we can stop it now?

al gore predicted that the ice caps were melting and would totaly disappear along with new york flooding by ocean rising. that date has come and gone all the while the polar ice has declined and grown bigger several times.
