why dont they just make a law that the parents just bash the kid in the head if he seems to have a mental defect and maybe it will save an innocent bystander from getting shot with a unsecured gun. bla bla wtf . what about the kid that just shot up a black community grocery store why did he get to live ? he should of never made it out of the store. mental defect should of been delt with on the scene of the crime

he got to live because the fbi helped him plan the shooting, 6 fbi agents encouraged the shooter on social media, one fbi agent knew of the shooting 30 minutes before it happened
