The Consumer Products Safety Commission has recalled the Blackhawk Serpa T-Series L2C gun holster as it is claimed:
The holster design can change the position of the safety switch on the firearm without the user knowing it. When this occurs, if the trigger is pulled the gun could fire unexpectedly, posing an injury hazard to the user and bystander.

The "but..."?
The holsters affected are ones manufactured for SIG Sauer P250s and P320s. The vast, overwhelming majority of these guns have no safety switch! Yes, the holster also fits the M17 and M18, but with only 3,100 holsters being recalled, I doubt that any significant portion of M17 or M18 owners are using the Serpa holster.

Wait! Your saying if you pull the trigger the gun could unexpectedly go off. I thought that only happened with Hipoints. Oh that is just unsafe.
