I have one, and was tempted to use it tonight since it was too windy/cold to fire up the blackstone. Ours is non stick cast aluminum, and works really good on our flat top electric stove. It does wiggle around some, so you have to hold it with one hand while working the food on the grill with the other that makes it a little inconvenient. My parents had an old Maytag gas stove that came with a griddle attachment. By design it fit down into the burners to make it steady. 3/8" thick cast iron with a grease trap around the edges. My sister and I were tasked with cooking breakfast after Sunday church all the years we were living at home. Perfect for pancakes, eggs, etc.
