Who is they? Also Bass Pro in OKC pretty reliably has had CCI Blazer bricks for $40/500 so I'm waiting for something a bit better than 8cpr before I jump on an online order...

I've posted on OSA before about Fred Baker (everybody gave him hell), when he got the first Brazil 9mm ammo I'd seen, Magtech I think.
He literally had pallets of the stuff sitting in the floor, boxer primed brass case 9mm at $5 for 50 rounds.
I bought a bunch and shot it too.
Wish I got a boxcar load instead.
