Crazy. I thought the felon voting rights restoration was federal and the same in every state. I guess Oklahoma's felon rights automatically restore after time served.

Time served counts but I believe you have to have the courts reinstate your voting rights. Not 100% on that but I think it’s how I read it.

It seems to me that the felons aren't having to serve all of their sentence (paying the debts); Bloomberg is serving it for them.
Some of their debts I may not agree with; court fees and the like, don't know for sure.
Sure looks like buying votes tho.
