I believe you need step back and look at what is happing here.
The only thing you changed---- was the primer--- now you are getting cratering
and pierced primers--- what does that tell you?
That rem. primer has a unplated cup, the federal and cci are plated there fore
a little harder.
The rem may also be a softer material.
swamprat offered you some fed and cci 41's, trade him something for 100 each.
load some test loads with the only change being the primer then go test them
I think you will find that the rem primers are the problem.

By the way---primer appearance is NOT a reliable indicator of pressure

.0005 if they're really good (or you're lucky)...but typically a thousandth or two is taken off.

Hopefully it works well for you. LRI has had a lot of happy customers over the years.
Was able to do some testing on this today. I kept my original die settings where I was bumping the shoulders back exactly 001". Fired brass after the work was .0015" to .002". I'm completely ok with this.
