I seem to recall from reading somewhere that a major issue with the process if the loss of water due to the high temperature and adding water to stay on point. If the 'ol memory serves then this is a dangerous part of the process. You are a handy guy my friend, if anyone can figure it out it is you. Good luck!!

you will still need a pan with a boilable cleaner. to remove all petroleum based material.
so you might be able to use 2 pots.
the items must be extremely cleaned prior to putting in blue tank.
A fingerprint not removed by the oakite will leave a lovely design.
I learned the hard way when I first started out. mirror polished a model 12 receiver, Didn't get it cleaned good enough and left a big fat fingerprint in the finish. Nothing you could do but polish it all over again.
