Boat Registration

Howdy yall new guy here that needs some help or info. My BIL found or salvaged a 12'
aluminum v-hull boat no motor hung up in a log jam 3or4 yrs. ago after flood waters went down.
Took it to the city barn where he works local PD ran hull #s ok.**** last sticker on it the
best we can make out was 2010.Last year his supervisor told him to take home and use it.
He told me I could have it NOW for the question how could I get a registration sticker so I can use it. Sorry for long winded post.

You will need to do a title 42. It costs about $200 to have a professional do it these days.

On cars you can go before the judge of that county.. they hold a title court certain times of the month ..ask your local tag agent about it.. or ask your local court.
You may be able to do it for boats also but I am not positive
