You might want to go back and educate yourself a little more. It would help to reference what the ATF has actually said on the issue..... namely.... nobody was trying to fool anyone.... their "guidance" has been bipolar to say the least.

Come on, even I knew they are a way around the SBR rules. I am sure there was major debate among the ATF on if they were legal or not.

It boggles the mind that they want to put the genie in the bottle now after they let braces become ubiquitous. Having agencies that can reinterpret the law on a whim is ridiculous.

SURE seems, once again, that we have people that struggle with the definition of “shall not Be infringed”.

If you’re one that is ok with them going away, never liked them, thought they were a ‘work-around’ or something else, you may want to check your beliefs. Because I guarantee you, this isn’t stopping.
