I have several friends in CA who are just waiting for retirement or kids to get done with school before they can get out.
Another friend who is recently (last two years) into guns was offered a job in Florida or Cali..."There is ZERO CHANCE I'm moving to Cali" he told the employer. Needless to say he's in Florida right now.

So glad I turned down a job in CA after graduating from college. Easier said than done, but hopefully CA isn't so far gone that noncompliance is out of the question.
