Maybe so, but I'm neither a lawyer nor an activist and I knew this was settled case law for years... if the cops truly arrested him for burning the flag, then according to the law, they DID violate his rights. Stupid of them.
Listen guys, the tough guys who run into stop this are true patriots. However, you’re being baited. You can and will be charged with assault, maybe battery and more and probably sued.

Been doing it since the 80's, seems like he really doesn't like America. Perhaps he's unaware there are other countries he could move to.
