My new G19 should arrive next week. I was thinking about replacing the rear sight with a mount for a Burris FastFire 3. I do not want to drill and tap the slide. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this setup.
As a disclaimer, it is a range toy that I will not carry.
Also, I was wondering what is the best option for a trigger upgrade.

Search amazon for the correct base plate. You have to drift out the rear sight, slide the baseplate in, and secure it with screws. Then the Burris mounts to the baseplate.

Here is an example. Outer impact makes the universal baseplate for several different types of dots.

What do you want from the trigger update? Lighter? Smoother? Flat or smooth trigger face?
