Is anyone presently using one or have an opinion on them? Thanks.

I have used them. I still have a few of them in the safe. They work. The dot/diode module are replaceable do you can change to a different size dot They have a large window. Technology is a bit old, but they are relatively reliable. Keep plenty of spare batteries. The are difficult to adjust.

I wouldn’t hesitate to put one back on a gun. But, I have moved to other solutions.

I've owned a handful of Sliderides and prefer an 8 or 12 MOA dot module. Currently running them on a 10/22 and SW 22 Victory. The Slideride / Railways are excellent optics as far as dot clarity, brightness, and field of view, but there may be better options out there depending on your application. They are old technology, but still very dependable and problem free if you don't overtighten mounting screws (plastic body).
