Cabin air filters

I bought a used Dodge once that would barely blow any air at all. Started taking the dash and the lower blower motor off to get to the air vents and a butt load of spent 22 shells started falling out from under it. There had to have been several hundred of them. Defrost vents were packed solid with them also. I think the previous owner used it for a mobile shooting bench.
