Caldwell chronograph app help

Does anyone use this app with an iPhone i know cowcatcher does but he has a lot going on right now I plug it in and it says it can’t connect to chronograph

Is the app set for bluetooth? If it is you have to turn it off best I can recall. Also I know he had to have his screen unlocked and active or it would stop recording.

I figured you would answer haha yes Bluetooth on the app is turned off screen is unlocked I tried everything he said last night he has been busy with his foreman so I haven’t bugged him much

Same way mine looks but when I plug it in it stays red

Do you have a case on the phone. That plug has to be fully seated in Chrono and phone to make connection. Try taking phone from case if it's touching the plug. Then try it.

I’ll try that thanks blake711 but I’m sure it is all the way in there

Not sure what happened but I traded ends and the dam thing started working both ends are the same so I’m lost but it works
