Curious what this means to folks that want to buy one.

From out of state?
I know it is a pain in the a$$ to ship any firearm to CA, but wonder if they have an open window for these, at least for the time being.

Wasn't there something like a 3 day window when they overturned the standard capacity magazine ban and everyone flooded the state with mags.
