Trump was trying to enforce existing law that is ignored. Has been ignored so long that people actually believe it to be true. A typical Democrat tactic.

This is why it is so important to have constitutional judges instead of progressive liberal Democrat judges that do not uphold the law.

A perfect example is in California. Early 2000s. California voted numerous times against legalizing gay marriage. Shocker that it could pass even in Liberal California. It was not law and it was still illegal. And then a progressive liberal judge started marrying gay people anyways. And then it continued from there.

This is another example of that same exact thing. It is illegal but people are continuing to do it. And it has been going on so long that people actually believe it to be true and legal. But it is not.

Actually, the 14th amendment says you are wrong.

14th amendment, Sec 1
'All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.'

The only people who are born in the US and not under US jurisdiction is a child born to a foreign diplomat with diplomatic immunity (rarely happens, usually the pregnant wife is flown home to give birth on their native soil). Everyone on US soil, except for those with diplomatic immunity, are under US jurisdiction. Otherwise you could not charge foreigners with crimes if they broke the law.

The people Who wrote the 13th and 14th amendment probably took for granted that there would be common sense in the future. That people would know their history. The 13th and 14th were written expressively for the free black slaves. It had absolutely nothing to do with illegals coming into this country in the future. There are laws about coming into this country and becoming a citizen when one is not a Natural or naturalized citizen.

People do not know their history and what that amendment is talking about or the meaning of the words. The way people have been interpreting this is the same way Democrats interpret the second amendment to be for muskets only.

Unless they are free black man from 1865 it has nothing to do with it. Has nothing to do with the Chinese that come over for their babies to be born here and then go back to China. Has nothing to do with any of the south American illegals that come here to drop their anchor babies. It’s another piece of our history bastardized by Democrats to benefit them.

You a full blown Democrat or in the closet? You don’t know history, YOU and the ones that think like YOU validate the Democrats stance of muskets and the second Amendment by the way YOU interpret the 14th Amendment. Any one with half a marble rolling in their head would know this.

If the way you interpret the 14th Amendment is true explain why the Indians were not considered Americans until 1924 when congress enacted it? A good 60 years later than the free blacks? Because just being born here isn’t enough. But according to you the 14th amendment took care of this. An illegal action does not make a legal action. That is Democrat logic.

Like I have said. It is the big Democrat lie. This was one of their ways of increasing their voter base through breaking the law. Tell a big lie loud enough and long enough and you have sheep that believe it.
