I started with AT&T years ago with my first cell phone. Finally got free of the contract and went to Sprint. Then, all of a sudden AT&T buys out Sprint and I’m back in their clutches again. That contract ends and I change again. I can’t even remember the name of the service, but AT&T did it again. I’m being stalked by AT&T. My youngest son has Verizon and after three months he and they finally got on the same page. When he got the phone, he was told one story about billing and charges by the rep. Checking online, the bill was $40.00 higher than what he had been told. When he called customer service, they gave him another amount. After going through a couple of supervisors and confirmation emails, I think it may be stable. For now.... Like any other provider, none are going to have 100% happy customers.
