If I had a stamping plant, I would blank out reusable lids and form the rings from 304 stainless steel!
Dont know what would make a good food safe gasket though!
1-9-22 and still waiting, they're keeping us posted and are having difficulties getting rubber gasket material ? Since we're familiar with the supply issue and the order is paid for we'll continue to wait and hope the order is filled by the time they're needed. Each notice does say that a refund can be had.

To be honest, until yours come in, they aren't even useable the first time. I couldn't wait 7 months for the flats needed in July.
Try tattler next time, I think the price is pretty close but I never had to wait over a couple weeks at most and most of that was the carrier.
We went with HG, because of the discount at the time. With what we have now I hope there's not a next time.
