Oh hubby LOVES Whataburger. I can hardly stand the smell, much less the taste of that ****. Back before my surgery it was just easier to give in a lot of times. Now that I don't hurt ALL. THE. TIME. I'll go out with him once a week wherever he wants. Funny thing is I only order a drink now. Couple of times we've been to Cracker Barrel (another place he likes that I think everything tastes like dog food) and tried the meatloaf and mashed potatoes, our chickens have eaten more of those meals than I have. Really, I don't think there is a fast food place that can offer anything that tastes even remotely like food anymore. Too many fillers, preservatives and stuff. Sometimes I wonder how much of my headaches were from eating junk. I know a lot of the problem was food-related because I felt a lot better after doing The Whole 30. Following that eating routine and finding out what my food sensitivities were helped some. This fusion surgery solved the rest of my problem. I have had a handful of headaches since my surgery. I cant remember the last time I took a pain pill. I'm trying to shake off the gabapentin but that radiofrequency neurotomy they did that screwed up is still giving me some problems. Still going from 600mg 5 times a day, with a TON of other stuff, to 600mg morning and evening is a major improvement. Hopefully in the next year or so that sensation will become manageable with OTC stuff -- or be gone completely. I tell people I'm going through my first childhood!! Haha!
