Had the carpal tunnel surgery on the right side about 2007 or so. Easy recovery, back to full use in 8-10 weeks.
Having had 4 shoulder/rotator cuff surgeries I consider myself almost an expert on the receiving end of that.

Just be glad you aren't living in an RV and having to deal with small bathrooms. And, in some RV's, the commode is in a SMALL closet sized space.
Well, as the Commerce Comet once said, if I‘d known I was gonna love this long, I’d’ve taken better care of myself.
Insurance says OU docs.
Had carpel tunnel in both wrists in different years and rotator cuff in left shoulder. Carpel tunnel now a day is not very invasive. i had it in my left in early 70’s (yea I’m old) and they didn’t even know what it was. I actually went through shock treatment on my wrist to diagnose it. Many years later my right was a walk. Oh left rotator is half torn again. I’m a wreck.
He and Dumigan has done all 5 of my shoulder rotator cuffs and labrums. Funderburk was my first.
Two great Doctors. Down to earth. Dumigan has done three of my knees needs.
I trust McBride Orthopedic Hospital. And I believe Funderburk has privileges at OU as well.

Bummer. My only advice is do exactly as you are told in Physical Therapy. To the T!
