While we're on the subject of belted magnums... anyone want to try and identify these cartridges?

4th from the right is 300 H&H

The one in the middle looks like a Weatherby of some sort.

I bought a little propane torch and a cheap battery screwdriver today. I am going to try annealing tonight after work. I have some 223/556 and some 30-06 to practice on.

Did you all see the price on those automatic annealers, does any one have one of those?

Definitely correct. :)
That's probably the easiest case to identify with no other reference points.

Yup, Weatherbys have that distinctive shoulder.

Good luck on the annealing. I think if you follow the guide that Sol posted, you'll do allright. I wish I had one of those automatic ones... pretty cool but also pretty expensive.

340 wby or I give up, should've looked close at second pic ... at least you could organize them by caliber or case length to make it not as much challenge ... ok, so it was a fun challenge.
