CCI 9mm shotshells

Will firing CCI 9mm shotshells through a 9mm semi-auto pistol (XDS 9mm 4") damage the barrel or any other part of the gun?

No. When you get done, run a brush through it to get any plastic residue out of the barrel. I shoot them in my .44 and .45 all the time.

Don't expect it to have enough recoil to cycle the action or eject the case. Shotshells work great with revolvers, but every time I've shot them in a semi-auto, it turned it into a single shot.
