I just took a great class one of the things suggested is you have a CCW badge on something like a breakable neck chain under your shirt.

Should you be involved in a shooting, you take it out so it is visible.

The reasoning is police officer will see it and from a distance it identifies you as the good guy.

What do you all think?

I disagree 100%
You will not be seen as a good guy because you wear a badge. Although you are innocent till proven guilty you were involved in a shooting and will be approached carefully for the safety of the officer no matter the badge..

It won't make any difference and will only make you look a fool, in my opinion.

Who taught the class and suggested that buffoonery?

(I suspect you are trolling, but just in case someone really teaches that, please let us know who it was)

Skip the badge, a shirt emblazoned with "Concealed Weapon Holder Don't Shoot Me" on the front and back is more functional, easier to see from a distance...
