How quick is Shipman usually?

He is middle of the pack. Not bad for you guys buying stuff, but I think it is not the best thing for the dealers. It could have been much worse. Farris and Snook are so slow. I don't think it matters who they are processing forms for it is gonna take a while.

In the past he has not been that great. He had one of my Form 3s that took him almost 5 months, and difficult to get him on the phone. Leaving voice mail for him was a waste of time. Hopefully since they are changing they way they process forms it will help.
