Well, I would go as far as saying that there must be actual proof as what is subject to forfeiture must be guilty of a actual crime.

The so called "war on drugs" is a war on people and also war on cash in disguise!

Too many innocent people getting railroaded from prosecuting attorneys!
I heard about a case where an old grandma had her house seized because her 12-13yr old grandson sold a joint off the back porch to some neighborhood kids....she was disabled and had no idea what happened. So sometimes, even if there is a crime committed (especially a minor one), you would think there would be some moral person in the gov that would say this is wrong.

The house did not comit a crime, so thats a big No Go in my book!
