Like it says looking for a cheap unlocked phone for a kid nothing fancy

Dont know if you want it useable or not but i take it you do. I went to Walmart and bought a $50 pay as you go phone and had a simms card put in it when i had to change phones and it does everything that a high dollar phone does in my opinion. But i have a AT&T plan so may make a difference on what plan you have.

needs to be unlocked running on a cheap service but he uses it for deliveries so maps and such are needed

Find something at Swappa, it's what I use for buying all my used phones. Kind of an ebay for electronics that is actually reliable.
