Chicago style is my favorite. We just don't have any in OKC. I like Empire slice house but it's a complete 180 from Chicago style, it's very thin. So the Hideaways Big Country is my go to pizza most of the time.
Gotta toss in a vote for Hall's Pizza in OKC. Not deep dish but I prefer over Empire or Hideaway.

I can’t stand that fake sausage precooked pellets places in OK use on their pizza. If they would just get real raw Italian sausage and cook it on the pizza it would be so Much better.

I’ve not found many places that have good Italian sausage, much less pizza places. Quality ingredients make or break a pizza.
You have to go precooked meat, depending on the style of pizza, or you end up with raw meat.
Good Italian sausage cooked on the pizza is phenomenal.
Pizza Corral in Elgin has pretty good to really good pizza. I haven't really been disappointed yet, but we still have time. lol
