Its called leftovers. After it’s cooked, cooled and you eat your fill pull the rest of the meat offa the bones and save for later. Put some in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. Good eats, long time.
Yep, had a chicken on the smoker the other day. Between the two of us we ate half of one breast, a couple of legs and one thigh.
Chicken and noodles the next day, with the leftovers for another day. Three meals off one bird.

Right or wrong, China looks ahead, I. e. urging their citizens to prepare for a possible supply chain problem. In contrast, we look backwards most of the time, I. e. denying a supply chain problem even exists. Same with infrastructure, China formulated a long range plan through 2050, we, however, argue over the cost, and less about what the country truly needs.
