Not a good shoot. The store employee was able to get away, and the assailant had stopped beating on her and was picking up some stuff when she got shot. Can’t see it ending well for the employee if it goes to court.

There really wasn't any need for violence. They could of just had a good old fashioned ghetto twerk off and let the battery boys declare the winner.

From the signs inside the store being all green, I'd actually guess the incident took place at the Dollar-and-a-Quarter Tree.
I'd vote not guilty
