It's true...sort of. A little misleading. The suit was actually filed by some outfit called The Committee to Defend the President (whatever that is), not by the FEC. Papers get filed in court. Anybody can do it. Then convoluted and confusing stories can be written on web sites and linked to on message boards. Gives folks something to talk about and remember.

Yeah. You know what I mean though. If the FEC actually caught Her, half the country would be dancing in the streets...…. Me with them.

A. She either has enough stashed cash to pay somebody to take the fall, or...
B. She has enough dirt on someone to force them to take the fall, or...
C. Key witness disappear or end up dead, or...
