[QUOTE="coolhandluke, post: 3431308, member: 13284"] Pistol arrived yesterday. It's a 1944 production Ithaca that was delivered to the Norfolk Naval Supply Depot on September 21, 1944. No rebuild markings, but it looks like it has been reparked as the ordnance wheel stamp has been finished over. Pistol came with a TZ replacement barrel and post-war grips. I've replaced the barrel with a High Standard barrel and installed a set of WWII production Keyes grips. All parts look to be correct for a '44 production Ithaca now with the exception of the milled trigger. Very happy to have received a matching frame and slide with an older finish...definitely worth the wait. As soon as replacement springs are installed, I'll give her some range time.
