I don't know about him, but I can assure you that if I had to quit drinking coffee I would be pissing on a lot MORE parades.

My doctor told me if I gave up coffee it would add two years to my life.

I said, Let me see if I got this straight... your way, I have to live the rest of my natural life without coffee... PLUS two more years. My way, I get to drink coffee until I die! Easy choice!

Cooler temps are nice, but I’m praying the forecasted rain really happens. It’s bad dry at my place, and the “shower” Wednesday evening didn’t even settle the dust.

We got 1/8" of rain last night. Mostly after midnight.

lived in Boise back around 1976. 8324 crenshaw st. . I think it's covered in asphalt and concrete now.

I was working on my truck in my dad's shop this afternoon (time to change the oil and repair some broken/rodent-chewed wires). It was a mite warm in there, but when I stepped out the door into the shade and the breeze hit my sweat-soaked t-shirt, it felt downright chilly.

It was a lot better than last Sunday when I was baling hay...

I did go fishing at 1 PM yesterday braved the wind in the Pontoon.
Ran 9 jugs and caught 9 catfish.
First time for the grandson to be in a lake and on a boat.
He is 3 and had a good time.
He would wade out to over chest deep water just to touch a floating item in the lake.
He rode in the inner tube and gave a thumbs up.

Had a life jacket on that was just bought for him.. He is a happy camper.

Those memories will never be forgotten and he’s a jug fisherman for life now. I love jug and limb line fishing
