I had the opportunity to cook a bunch of stuff on an Ole Hickory Convecture Tri Oven Double Wide commercial smoker this weekend. It is quite a smoker and I have a blast playing with it. Turned out a bunch of great food. Had planned on getting more pics but once I got to cooking I didn't think about more pictures. Here is the smoker though.
