I should also note that I have an ace in the hole as well. 99% of what I have is stored on my server and it has the ability to do what is called a "snapshot" so if I do get a virus on my desktop that encrypts files on my server I can log in using a different system and roll the changes back. It's the same thing I do when an update on a program running on my server doesn't go exactly right. I roll back to the latest snapshot and reboot and it's like nothing ever happened.
