Yep. The Oklahoma Supreme Court has essentially ruled that Article II § 26 doesn’t do anything and the legislature can regulate arms however they want, including an outright ban. They don’t understand the basic concept that laws aren’t enacted for the purpose of having no effect.

But we can do better than the Second Amendment. Here’s our proposed constitutional amendment…

Has anyone in the legislature submitted that for the amendment process, or is it just an idea that hasn't come to fruition? If it has been submitted and is in the process, we might just have enough 2A supporters in the legislature to get it through the process and make the amendment.
