It's burnt on a rotation, and I I'm pretty sure you gave consent when you agreed to lease it, unless they've changed their procedure. They still should have notified you, as there was a burn plan written up prior to the burn.
There is no lease. I own the property.
This was a preventive measure due to fire in a canyon to the south with strong winds blowing north so there was no master advance plan but it was NOT an emergency and they should have called me for my consent, which I would have given. They overstepped and it's just a gentle reminder that we're basically all just living our lives as we see fit as long as it suits the will of the government and its various agencies.
